The Oasis

The Oasis is a welcoming and supportive toddler environment for children aged 18 months to 2 years. This space is designed to nurture growing independence while still offering the comfort and security young children need as they take their next developmental steps.

In The Oasis, children are encouraged to explore, engage, and express themselves at their own pace, supported by educators who understand the importance of connection, consistency, and care. With a gentle focus on emerging routines and autonomy, our program is built around responsive relationships and meaningful play.

The room offers a calm and flexible sleep environment, where children begin the transition to floor beds at their own pace. For those still needing extra comfort or familiarity, cots remain available, ensuring every child feels safe and supported during rest time. A dedicated prep room and thoughtfully organised resource storage ensure our educators can be fully present and prepared to respond to each child’s needs throughout the day.

The Oasis also includes bathroom and changing facilities, as well as child-friendly toilets to support children beginning their toilet learning journey. These spaces are designed to empower children to develop independence in a safe and supported way.

Children in The Oasis share a large outdoor environment with the other toddler classrooms — a vibrant space filled with opportunities to run, climb, dig, explore, and connect with nature. Here, toddlers build confidence, form friendships, and begin to understand their place in a wider world through rich, play-based experiences.
